When in Doubt, Dance!
We all get in over our heads sometimes….and there’s no “right” way to bring yourself back to center. There are however, plenty of ways that can make the problem worse (shutting down and vegging out, indulging in ways that bring our bodies out of balance, or engaging in futile venting/ complaining).
Whatever you find that helps you release stress and get back in your body, by all means, do it! Dancing is one way that can work instantly. The key is letting go and moving in a way that feels good to you….
