A-listers showed up at the Cinema for Peace event benefiting the J/P Haitian Relief Organization. J/P Haitian Relief Organization is dedicated to saving lives and bringing sustainable programs to the Haitian people quickly and effectively. Following the devastating earthquake of 2010 J/P HRO began working immediately on the ground to make an impact in Haiti.
Spearheaded by actor and activist Sean Penn, the event was attended by friends, fellow actors and supporters like Hilary Swank, Kim Kardashian, Julia Roberts, Oprah Winfrey, George Clooney, Leonardo DiCaprio, Mel Gibson, Orlando Bloom, Soleil Moon Frye, Petra Nemcova, Donna Karan, Bill Maher, Damien Rice, Arcade Fire, Rainn Wilson and Garry Shandling.
