How To Make Fresh Vegan Spring Rolls
This fresh vegan spring roll recipe always hits the spot when you’re looking for a fresh and healthy meal.

Ingredients:
- Extra Firm Tofu
- Olive Oil
- Rice Noodles
- Rice Wrap
- Carrots
- Fresh Cilantro
- Fresh Basil
- Green Onions
Sauce Ingredients:
- Soy Sauce
- Lemon
- Green Onions
- Garlic
Method:
- Preheat pan and put 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- Cut up tofu into rectangles
- When pan is warm, fry tofu and brown both sides. Drain when done
- Place noodles in hot water to soften. When soft, drain and put aside
- Chop up cilantro, basil & green onions and mix
- Peel carrots into thin slices with peeler
- To soften wrap, pour hot water on a large plate and submerge wrap for 30 seconds
- Place wrap on a large plate and add herb mix, carrots, noodles & tofu
- Serve and enjoy!
