How To Make Fresh Vegan Spring Rolls

This fresh vegan spring roll recipe always hits the spot when you’re looking for a fresh and healthy meal.


Ingredients:

  • Extra Firm Tofu
  • Olive Oil
  • Rice Noodles
  • Rice Wrap
  • Carrots
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Fresh Basil
  • Green Onions

Sauce Ingredients:

  • Soy Sauce
  • Lemon
  • Green Onions
  • Garlic

Method:

  • Preheat pan and put 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Cut up tofu into rectangles
  • When pan is warm, fry tofu and brown both sides. Drain when done
  • Place noodles in hot water to soften. When soft, drain and put aside
  • Chop up cilantro, basil & green onions and mix
  • Peel carrots into thin slices with peeler
  • To soften wrap, pour hot water on a large plate and submerge wrap for 30 seconds
  • Place wrap on a large plate and add herb mix, carrots, noodles & tofu
  • Serve and enjoy!
