BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, THE RESPECTIVE LIABILITY OF ADS MANAGEMENT, LLC, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTENT OR SERVICE PROVIDERS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.

The following is a list of illegal or prohibited content to post on or through TheGreenGirls.com. Furthermore ADS Management, LLC reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who, in TheGreenGirls.com's sole discretion, violates these provisions. In the event legal action is taken against ADS Management, LLC for content posted to a TGG profile, you agree to accept full responsibility for these actions and agree to be responsible for all legal and other costs associated with these actions.

Prohibited Content:

A. Anything that promotes racism, hatred or violence of any kind.
solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
B. Any type of harassment.
C. Conduct that can be construed as libelous or slanderous.
D. The promotion or sale of illegal weapons.
E. The promotion or sale of drugs or drug paraphernalia
F. Anything that promotes or elicits criminal activity of any kind.
G. Pirated or copyrighted music, software or materials of any kind.

TGG reserves the right at any time to and at its sole discretion to determine any type of additional activity that may not be listed above it determines to be in violation of any city, state or federal law and take appropriate action.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheGreenGirls.com, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the TheGreenGirls.com services.

5. Disputes.

Any disputes you might have against ADS Management LLC. shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. You agree to the jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the United States located in the State of California, City of Los Angeles.
