Simple Yoga Poses That Feel OH, SO GOOD

Even the simplest yoga poses make us go “aaaahhh“. Try these easy stretch and sculpting moves to jump start your day on the right track.

REVERSE WARRIOR
Both legs are strengthened in this pose. It can also help the knee muscles strengthen. The shoulders are stretched and the arms are strengthened. This yoga posture will also increase groin flexibility. *** I do my yoga sessions right before sunrise. By the time I hit this pose, the sun is just rising and when the soft light hits my skin, I get an overwhelming sense of wellness. The experience is euphoric

CHATURANGA
Helps with scapula stabilization and core control. This posture can also keep our shoulders safe and strengthen our entire body. *** I love this pose because I feel it instantly strengthen my arms and shoulders. Strong shoulders are sexy shoulders.


TRIANGLE POSE
The hamstring muscles are stretched in the leading leg.
Hip abductors are stretched and muscles on the outer part of the hip are also stretched. *** This pose opens up my chest and stretches my legs, arms and back. It gets me so relax that I just sink in and enjoy every breath.

WARRIOR TWO
Both legs are strengthened in this pose.
It can also help the knee muscles strengthen. The shoulders are stretched and the arms are strengthened. This yoga posture will also increase groin flexibility. *** I hold this pose as low as possible for an even more challenging stretch.
