Seaweed Hummus Wrap ~ #Vegan #Snack

During the week, having a quick and simple snack really helps my day stay on track as far as schedule and healthy eating. Here's a quick, super simple and tasty anytime snack!

Method:

  • Cut the seaweed into squares
  • Add a couple of avocado cubes
  • Add 2 halves of a grape tomato
  • Top off with a dollop of Hummus.
