Rich & Creamy Cashew Shake ~ #Raw #Vegan #Recipe

Do you spend some nights listening to Adele, crying your eyes out over a pint of ice cream? Well, we've got just the fix! — For the dairy, not the tears – sorry :( 

This dairy-free delight is raw, creamy and delicious!

 


Ingredients:

 

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Cups Ice
  • 1 tbs. Coconut Shreds
  • 2/3 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Blue Berries
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Agave Nectar (add more for desired sweetness)
     



Makes 3 servings


Method:


Place all ingredients into blender until you get a milk shake consistency. You may add more ice to thicken. Pour into glass and enjoy!
