Most of us are familiar with the afternoon energy slump and the first
thing we head for is another cup of Joe. For the past few days I've been trying
something a little different and as a result, I'm energized, clear headed and
ready to tackle the rest of the day.
Fruits and vegetables are known for boosting energy.
This power juice is a combination of both. Give it a try! As an added plus, this is also a good way to
curve the afternoon
snacking habits as you'll be filling your body up with nutritious calories
instead of sugar and caffeine.
The Afternoon Power Juice
- 2 carrots
- 1 handful of parsley
- 4 branches of broccoli
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 Brussels sprout
- 1 apple
- 4 branches of cauliflower
- Wash your ingredients
- Toss into your juicer
- Drink immediately & Enjoy!
