LOLLIPOPS & RAINBOWS FOUNDATION was founded by 8-year old Emily Grace Reaves (who stars as "Cindy Lou" in the Hannah Montana Movie). Emily, along with family and friends will celebrate the foundation’s official launch with a star-studded, celebrity event at Universal Citywalk Hollywood! The foundation is dedicated as a tribute to Emily’s grandfather Dave Reaves who came up with the idea 10 years ago.

The event promises to be the biggest block party of 2009 benefiting 4 special charities closest to Emily’s heart. Emily believes in the power of YOUTH which is what the LOLLIPOPS symbolize. No matter how young you are, you can make a difference. The RAINBOW symbolizes "beauty of all colors"—regardless of color or race, your true beauty lies within.
This event is about Emily and raising awareness to the (4) charities her foundation supports:

Thousands of fans/attendees are expected at the "RED BULL FAN ZONE" to be held in the main Citywalk Square in front of the stage and Jumbotron. Celebrities and fans will enjoy the carnival-themed atmosphere featuring a LIVE DJ, snacks, product sampling, games, contests, mingling with celebrities (who will be signing autographs in a designated VIP area), plus Emily and friends will lead the biggest "Hoedown Throwdown" line-dance contest (as seen in Hannah Montana: The Movie).
Invited celebrities include: The Cyrus Family, Dwayne "The ROCK" Johnson, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, David & Victoria Beckham, Ryan Sheckler, The Cast of "Twilight", The Jonas Brothers, and many surprise guests! SPECIAL LIVE PERFORMANCES BY Rock Band "BURNING DOWN BOSTON" (Braison Cyrus & Josh Reaves), KEANA, Pop Boy Group "WOW", and NON-P.

I’m not sure how Red Bull is protecting anyone, especially children …
But on a positive note … RIGHT on Emily Grace!
Emily obviously has a heart filled with love and caring. It’s wonderful to see that our younger generations are getting involved in helping others from so early on. Cheers to them and to their parents for instilling a true sense of giving to their children.
