Juicing Recipe: Delicious Liquid Green Breakfast

This juice recipe is a great morning jump starter. It will fill you up and give you a FEEL GOOD energy all morning long.


 

The time of the morning to take this juice is completely up to you. For example, I usually juice at around 9 a.m. after my coffee, where as my husband juices this recipe at 6 a.m. right after his work out.

 

For us, when it comes to juicing, it only makes sense to use organic produce. When extracting the potent nutrients of fruits or vegetables, it seems pointless
if the juices are tainted with pesticides or other unknown chemicals.

  


Organic Ingredients:

  • 2 Kale Leaves
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Bunch of Spinach
  • Knot of Ginger
  • Half a Lemon
  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Medium Apple ( Add another apple to sweeten )
