How To Train for a Mudrun
A Mudrun is one of the craziest fitness events yet. You’d be negotiating a course which covers a range of obstacles of which many, true to the name are filled or covered with mud. Typically a two-mile mud run will feature a six-foot wall, fifty old tires, mud-soaked tubes, a set of balance beams, and a mud pit which you’d have to cover in a given time frame.
