Get More Action-Tonight!

Trump the excuses. Get More Action -Tonight!

According to the men’s health forum,  the average married couple has sex 3-4 times a week. Of course, with the exception of that time of the month or what some men fondly call “Shark Week”.

As you may know, besides the fun, there are several benefits to having lots of sex.

  • It relieves stress
  • Will give you a great night’s sleep
  • You’ll look younger
  • You’ll have a toner body
  • And on.. and on.. and on..

Now, 3-4 times a week is a pretty good average, but you can still get more action than that by eliminating some common excuses why couples pass on the shagging.

Excuse: “Not in the mood”

Spice it up and explore new spots around the house. The shower, the closet, the home office. However, some mood issues can’t easily be fixed by location. There are those days where you wake up feeling bloated and irritable. This might be a good opportunity to juice feast for the day. It’s a sure fire way to get rid of bloating and up your energy level.

Excuse: ” The kids could walk in.”

The beginning of the school year is the best time to set routines for your kids and 20 minutes of daily reading should be part of that routine. Pick out the books ahead of time & set up the kitchen timer. Now, you’ve got 20 minutes. Get to it.

Excuse: ” The dog can see us.”

Take him out of the room and close the door.

Excuse: ” My therapist said I needed to give myself some time.”

You’re on your own on that one.
