LOCAL CHEFS COMPETE -
Be there when two local chefs “cook-off” in this challenge to see who can create a healthy meal for a family of four with a $30 budget.

Judging
Judges include representatives from the Autry National Center and SEE-LA. A member of the viewing audience will be selected at random the day of the program to assist in judging the competition. In partnership with the Sustainable Economic Enterprises of Los Angeles (SEE-LA), this program addresses whether preserving the environment is a luxury or a necessity in hard times. Women often make the budget decisions about what and where food for the family is purchased, and this program addresses questions that focus on what the real costs of our environmental decisions are.
