Concept: Each Rain Tee began by donating school supplies to children living in endangered rain forests across Central and South America. The tees feature the children’s art and for every tee sold, youth living in these threatened ecosystems receive a tree to plant to replace one that has been destroyed in their homeland.
Mission: Since every purchase we make impacts our planet; Rain Tees gives consumers a fresh way to combat the negative affects of climate change, rain forest deforestation and pollution. Every Rain tee also supports "green jobs," environmental education, fair trade, and eco-friendly production.
Goal: To purchase endangered rain forest land and establish an educational non-profit eco lodge and nature preserve to teach and demonstrate that we are all connected through this diverse ecosystem.

Designer: Beth Doane grew up surrounded by nature and wildlife on a small farm in rural Ohio. Always passion-ate about the environment, she created Rain Tees to create change in our world. Her mission is to educate consumers on issues that require global awareness using fashion, public speaking, consulting and advocacy. Cur-rently Beth works as a consultant focusing on eco-friendly product branding, design and production, and creates products that promote "conscious consumer-ism". She is available for speaking engagements on her environmental work and the apparel industry.
