Linda is passionate about responsible and green travel and to use tourism as a tool to
create better places for people to live in and for people to visit. Linda has for several years
been working in tourism and holds a master degree in Responsible Tourism Management.
During her master studies, Linda established her own travel company, Ethical Travel
Portal which offers travel experiences and trips out of the ordinary. Linda also lectures in
the topic and is passionate about creating awareness on how a traveler can have a positive
impact on local communities they are visiting.




Travel is about discovering new places and meeting new people. It was during her own
travel Linda experienced what impact tourism can have on a local community, good and
bad. Learning from the local people and the grassroots Linda has gained experience and
inspiration about green travel she happily shares with others.
