This

one hour and forty-five minute
period on Friday, October 7, 2011 in
Venice Beach, California.
Beginning with the ROOT CHAKRA, and
moving through SACRAL, SOLAR PLEXUS,
HEART, THROAT, THIRD EYE and CROWN a
series of yoga postures targeting
the energetic centers of the body
are practiced to stimulate those
specific Chakras.
Each canvas is painted with the
corresponding color relative to that
Chakra hence the
RED/ORANGE/YELLOW/GREEN/BLUE/INDIGO/VIOLET
sequence.
