The Green Girls Launches Fashion Boutique, VintageFirm.com

Thursday, 26 August 2010 17:35 by GreenGirls

Girls and fashion go hand in hand. Green Girls and Vintage Fashion? Well, it just makes sense! We'd like to introduce you to our new sister site, VintageFirm.com!

TheGreenGirls.com and ADS Management, LLC has launched VintageFirm.com, an online vintage fashion boutique. VintageFirm.com celebrates the timeless beauty of vintage fashion by featuring original handpicked items from the 40's and 50's to the late 80's and making them accessible to you.

Why Vintage Fashion?

We are always looking for new and fun opportunities to grow and after our 2nd Year Bash & Fashion Show, the decision was made. Fashion is the new addition TheGreenGirls.com!

We considered a new organic clothing line, but that meant creating new products to consume. Why not go deeper than that; go greener than that? By reviving our love for the nostalgic times of the past through vintage fashion, we are helping the environment by keeping these beautiful, timeless pieces out of landfills and into your fashionable wardrobes.

"Who doesn't LOVE vintage fashion?", asks Apple Levy, founder of TheGreenGirls.com and creator of VintageFirm.com"There's something beautiful and wistful about the early eras. What better way to appreciate and to get your nostalgia fix than sporting vintage wear?"

Vintage products added daily! Visit VintageFirm.com and get your fashion fix in timeless style!

Video: Chad Lowe Plunges In to Save Our Surf

Saturday, 17 July 2010 10:40 by GreenGirls

Project Save Our Surf 2010 had many great people involved. The organization is lead by Tanna Frederick and supported by celebrity friends with deep appreciation for our oceans.  Chad Lowe is an actor, surfer, activist and ocean lover who participated in this huge event that brought over 5,000 spectators and surfers to the beach.

We grabbed Chad right after his surf session and dug a little deeper on his involvement with PSOS, his outlook on the BP oil spill & his appreciation for our oceans.

We are so honored and thank Congressman Sherman for this recognition. We also thank Dan & Allisyn Cashdan & The Climate Community for their partnership & unbelievable support.  A recognition from Congress definitely fuels us to keep doing what we're doing .... and then some.
