A holiday with the Grinch!

This year at TheGreenGirls, we wanted to try a coast to coast holiday.  While one Green Girl was
in the big apple, absorbing the NYC attractions, another scoured LA for some holiday family fun & ended up at Universal Studios Hollywood!

If you're in LA and looking for that warm
and fuzzy feeling the holiday
brings, you MUST see the
Grinch
! I mean, really. What's a holiday without the
Grinch?! Luckily, you'll find the Grinch and
all of Whoville
at
Universal
Studios
here in Hollywood.

During the holidays, the park transforms into a winter wonderland!

Themed around "Grinchmas",
the bright popping colors and cool characters create a fun visual treat!

Whoville comes alive!

Of course, a lot of your favorite characters will
also be around and always happy to take pics.

Planning at trip for you and your fam? Here are
some park tips!

Front of the line pass – During this time of year, the park gets pretty
crowded. Thus, the lines to each attraction gets pretty looooong. If you want to get
straight to the fun without waiting around, get your family a "Front of the line"
pass. (See the red tags around Mila's crew below) This makes the park experience
SO MUCH more enjoyable.

Food & Drink -
You're free to bring healthy snacks! Universal Studios does allow you to
bring fruits and veggies so don't feel that you're stuck with burgers and fries
for the day. Mila also brought her own reusable bottle with water so she didn't
have to buy plastic bottled water there. Get more details here:

Map it out – Plan
ahead. Here's

the map
. Figure out which attractions are "a must" and head there first. For
my family, it was the

Revenge of the Mummy ride
.
